Yes, when you register, you can access short videos that show you how to get set up. If you’re still unsure, you can request one of our team members to contact you and help you set up. Your lead facilitator will also introduce the platform at the beginning of each session, and there will always be an assistant online to help with your requirements.

No, it’s okay to have your camera off. When we start recording our sessions, we ask that attendees turn their webcams off to protect everyone’s privacy and to feature our presenter. However, if you would like to log in early and say hi to the facilitators before a session starts, we would love to meet you. We encourage everyone to try the video and chat features, but it’s not mandatory. We want you to enjoy your learning journey with us.

You can ask questions at any time by raising your hand to be unmuted or by typing your question in the chat box. The facilitator will address your questions during the session.

You will be given a multiple-choice quiz to help you check your understanding of the content. Completing our quiz is optional, but if you’d like to achieve your certificate of training, you will need to successfully complete the quiz.

You are welcome to resit your quiz. We give you multiple attempts because we want you to pass.

Yes, upon successful completion of the quiz, you will receive a certificate of completion. This certificate can be downloaded and printed for your records.
